Squirrel removal for Surprise, covering both foundation burrowing rock squirrels in established neighborhoods and ground squirrels on the city's remaining open land.
Call (844) 924-1337Surprise has grown fast enough that plenty of vacant, undeveloped parcels still sit between finished subdivisions, and that unbuilt ground is exactly what round tailed ground squirrels look for to dig their several feet deep burrows. The city's built out neighborhoods tell a different story: rock squirrels move into established yards there and burrow tight against a foundation, retaining wall, or patio regardless of how new the landscaping is.
Only the rock squirrel can climb, which means a Surprise property near finished construction usually needs roofline and attic checks in addition to ground level sealing, while a lot bordering open land may need burrow work instead. Identifying which species is on site comes first either way. Call (844) 924-1337 to discuss pest control help in Surprise and check service availability.

Live trapping combined with sealing the entry point is the general approach, since squirrels can chew their way back in if the access isn't properly closed. An assessment should locate the entry point and nesting area before removal and exclusion work are considered.
Ground squirrels are typically addressed differently from attic squirrels, with a focus on burrow areas in the yard rather than the structure of the home. The extent and location of the burrowing help determine which control options are appropriate.
Pricing depends on your location, the removal work involved, and whether entry-point repairs are needed. Call PestGuardians to discuss the work needed in Surprise and request pricing for your situation.
If the nest is inside a wall or attic, removal is usually handled alongside trapping the squirrel itself, since a nest can mean young are present. A professional assessment can help establish the extent of the activity and the appropriate next steps.
